Will's key area of responsibility is managing and overseeing clients' paid campaigns. He and the paid ads team manage individual ad spends ranging from multiple fours to multiple six figures every single month.

Ross is our video production wizard and head of creative production.

After beginning his journey with NO film qualifications and NO business education, Ross quickly scaled his video production company allowing him to escape the corporate rat race, travel the world and produce content for some of the worlds largest companies such as Monster energy, Sixt Rent-A-Car, Red Bull and Team GB.

Alongside running our in-house creative department, Ross teaches others to create a stable videography, photography or video editing business through his online Academy.
